Kylie possesses a broad range of expertise having worked in various roles across account management, operations management and as a claims specialist. She draws upon this wealth of knowledge to anticipate and respond to issues impacting her clients.

Kylie’s key competencies are in motor, property, heavy motor, plant and machinery. She also has experience in third party settlements, debt recovery and internal disputes resolution. Her relationships with external colleagues (insurers, experts, assessors, repairers) are key to delivering a streamlined claims process, ensuring claims are lodged, assessed and finalised promptly and accurately.

Kylie thrives in Bellrock’s performance driven environment, where she is currently expanding her expertise across financial lines exposures including public liability, management liability and employment practices.
