Will strives for excellence in all facets of his role, driven to become the best risk advisor possible. After graduating with a degree in banking and finance, Will moved to the UK to work at a tech start-up. There he honed the negotiation skills that set him apart from other risk advisors. Returning to Australia, he began his career in insurance as an underwriter, gaining experience in emerging risks, property, childcare, and construction insurance.

In 2021 he joined BG Risk in Melbourne as an account executive for construction portfolios, where his driven and unrelenting attitude towards achieving the best possible outcomes for clients made him an invaluable member of the team. In 2023 Will officially joined the Bellrock family along with his BG Risk team members.
